There are three ways you may provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination for the concert on Oct 10th:
- Email to paul.davidson.bass@gmail.com a .jpg, .png or .pdf copy of a photograph of your vaccination card(s) along with your reservation. This is due no later than 11:59 pm CDT Saturday, Oct 9th. I will have your name on a list, and you only need provide your name when you come to the concert.
- Keep a photo of your CDC vaccination card on your phone or table, and show that for entry to the chapel.
- Bring the CDC vaccination card and show that.
Masks are also required for in-person attendance. No audience will be seated in the front three rows, to provide about 15 feet minimum distance from the four singers.
Because the chapel is a small space, and the four singers will not be masked, there is no exception to this policy for this concert. Persons who show up without proof of vaccination may either sit at least 20 feet away from the chapel, in the nave of the Cathredral, or they may go home and watch the live stream.
